Police SNT Weapons Sweep - 16th February 2019
The Police Safer Neighbourhood Team with attendance from the Ward Panel and LBTH ASB staff are pleased to announce the latest Weapons Sweep.
Release from OWL, (Online Watch Link) - Following reports of significant ASB problems and suspicious activity in Waterside Gardens we would like to invite you to join St Katharine’s and Wapping team on one of our weapon sweeps.
We carry out weapon sweeps regularly as part of our patrols in a bid to get more weapons off our streets. This involves searching estates and open areas. We do find concealed drugs as well.
If you have a spare half an hour, or if you are walking your dog, please pop along to one of our sweeps and help keep our communities safe. Meet us at 1400 hours on Saturday 16th February 2019 – Waterside Gardens, 104-106 Wapping High Street, E1W.
We have also invited London Borough of Tower Hamlets ASB team. So you will have an opportunity to meet your local police team together with LBTH Council ASB officers and discuss local issues.
A full risk assessment briefing will be given.
